Client’s Role

When you decide to use my staging services, I want to insure the best possible outcome for you. There are three Cs for Staging, and I’ll need your help to conquer them. To help make your home ready to show, I ask for your commitment to help me with these C’s

Clean - Your home must be cleaner than ever and must stay that way throughout the listing period. If you are too busy to do this yourself, you should hire in an excellent service. (I can offer recommendations for the local area). Whoever maintains your home, there can be no dirt in the corners, no odd odors, no cobwebs and no dust. There are no exceptions.

Clutter-Free - All clutter must be gone. You are preparing to move, so this is an excellent time to sort through all your personal belongings. Pack what you plan to keep and move it to storage off site and donate or discard what is no longer needed. You will have a clutter free home for sale and less to manage when you arrive in your new location. Win-win!

Color - Realize that your home may need color changes. Something as simple as painting a room can enhance the features of your home, attract buyers and give your home a fresh, clean look and feel. Your personal color choices may be too individual to show well to a potential buyer. I’ll help you determine what is fine “as is” and what needs to be changed.

In real estate your home sells based on price, condition, location and first impressions of potential buyers
