Bid for Staging

My professional staging bids are a one-page general outline of what I can do to stage your home and make it easier to sell. A bid includes the cost for me to coordinate all the work that needs to be done on your home. Requesting a bid is free.

Bids are for people who don’t want to do the staging themselves or are under a time or location constraint. If you plan to do some of the work yourself or if you would like to fully discuss your home and what needs to be done to get it market-ready, you may want to consider my Home Staging Consultation Services, below.

Home Staging Consultation Services

Your personal consultation will a full description of what home staging is and what it isn’t. I’ll cover the difference between decorating and staging. I’ll answer any questions you may have before we begin.

We will then tour the house inside and out. I’ll take digital photos to review back at my office and will discuss your needs with you during the tour. We will determine how much, or how little, home staging you will require.

I’ll create a detailed room-by-room list of tasks that need to be completed. I’ll discuss this list with you, and with your real estate agent if you have listed with someone else. We can then determine what tasks you can complete, which ones your Realtor will complete, and which ones you would like me to complete.

My services may include:

• Offer resources/subcontractors
• Personal shopping
• Other services, as needed
