She just wrote a new book, Building a Successful Home Staging Business, and I picked up a copy yesterday. I took her classes back in 2003-04 and welcomed the opportunity to brush up a little this week.

I’m in class all day today. I expect there will be a huge crowd since there were over 100 Realtors and stagers in the class here in Phoenix. She’s the mother of the entire staging industry, she even started the professional designation.

Home stagers are an integral part of today’s real estate industry and I personally believe in the importance of staging for successful real estate marketing and showing. This is why my own business niche is real estate staging, rather than just general real estate.

I’ll let you know how the class goes. Right now, I need to get on the road!
